1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Morphing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

Morphing grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. Your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Morphing offers an optional Pro upgrade as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see or store your payment details. Prices are shown in the app.

4. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the photos and faces you use, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Do not use Morphing to create unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content, or to impersonate other people.

5. Intellectual property

Morphing, its design and its software are owned by their publisher and protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership of the app.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
